Everything we experience in daily life can be used to integrate past wounds and transform trauma into radiance and wisdom.

By being unconditionally with anything that comes up, integration and transformation can finally occur. In a session, we call on your own innate, conscious or unconscious knowing. This may be a deeply moving experience and can stir quite some emotions, during our session or after. Be open and ready for true transformation, if you are willing to put in the work.

Using simple tools inspired by mindful masters such as Byron Katie, Adyashanti, Marshall Rosenberg, and Michael Brown, we invite your deepest feelings to be felt and seen. We also identify your beliefs so you can start to see what it is that you really need and how your current situation may benefit you in unimagined ways. What this requires, is your readiness to see how your thinking has limited you and your willingness to, in Adyashanti’s words, ‘be a good steward of your life’, that is: to unconditionally love and support yourself.

Anything you discover during a session, will translate into ‘homework’ you will work with in your daily life. Although insights and awakenings can be instantaneous and complete, most people by far need to keep working intentionally to integrate a new way of being into their lives.

For those who wish to further the work, I may recommend certain foods/herbs/essential oils or a further session, such as a breathing session or a workshop. There are several approaches that may help you with deepening and integration and I’ll also gladly recommend the work (retreats, books) of others who complement this work.
