Yoga is not about stretching and looks. To me, it’s about what happens when you befriend your body and get curious about how it feels to move and breathe. Yoga helps me to live in the moment, make healthy choices and create routines that make me flourish, and I love sharing these practices with others.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified kundalini yoga teacher, prenatal yoga teacher, postpartum yoga teacher, breathwork and presence facilitator with a strong personal practice. My teaching and education are trauma-informed, which means that the goal is never to push you into something, but to invite an honest exploration. This makes the practice suitable for almost every-body.
I have guided yoga and transformational breathwork for groups and individuals both in corporate and private settings, in exclusive leadership development programs and on a hippie beach in India. What counts for me, is the essence of vitality, joy and peace we all carry within us.
Yoga is about being present in the here and now. It is for all genders, ages and body types. It doesn’t matter if you are big or small, old or young, fit or not, because yoga is not about looking good and being an acrobat. It is all about how you meet yourself and others. The yogamat is a place to practice loving presence with yourself, with others, and with any life situation. We use physical postures and the breath to free up energy and find inner peace.
Most yoga classes are open to all, unless otherwise stated. Some classes are more calming, others are more activating. We use a blend of conscious breathing and gentle physical challenge to help the nervous system relax into the exercises. I offer ‘layered’ guidance so that everybody can practice to their own ability, and everything is an invitation to explore with curiosity. That is different from the mindset we have gotten used to in our society to strive for optimisation. The key is to befriend yourself and your body and gently challenge yourself from there. This way, you will build balance, strength and flexibility while staying present in the here and now, fully embracing life as it is.

One of my biggest revelations when I started a regular yoga practice, was how far-reaching the effects were beyond the yoga mat. As I committed to the physical and breathing exercises, my life circumstances started to shift. It was like a call -and-respond song with the universe. The price is 1250 kr / € 95 excluding local taxes.
