Coaching

The approach is simple yet powerful, based on these five pillars:

I Nervous system regulation
Feeling easily triggered? We will practice regulating your nervous system with natural methods, so that you can start to feel resilient and resourceful again.

II Dopamine regulation
If you find yourself lost in addictive behaviors and/or procrastination often, we’ll find ways to improve your habits and address numbing or excitement coping strategies. By balancing dopamine, you can take back control over your inner states.

III Tinking patterns
We will investigate your thinking and (old and limiting) beliefs, so that we can retrain your mind (AKA yourspecial effects team) to show you a different world and give you a better quality of life.

IV Cultivate life force energy
You will learn ninja energy skills through the power of yoga.

V Presence
There is a force, beyond anything you can do, which is the only source of lasting peace and happiness. It is the being dimension of life and you can feel it whenever you are in the here and now. Once you enter present-moment-awareness, you enter the flow and life unfolds gracefully.

About me, Judith

I am a yoga, breathwork & presence guide, retreat facilitator and coach. I help people resolve limiting patterns and find inner peace.

My own journey of recovery and transformation has led me to a myriad of teachings, which have by now come together beautifully in a simple, comprehensive and profound approach towards personal and spiritual growth.
