Coaching

The approach is simple yet powerful, rooted in the assumption that we can (re)learn to fully embody our innate power to heal and thrive.

People come to me with themes like stress and burn-out, medically unexplained phyical symptoms, addictive patterns, feelings of anxiety and insecurity, and getting easily triggered into unhelpful, reactive behaviors within themselves and in relationships.

We’ll work on building resilience in your nervous system, so that new challenges can feel like welcome invitations for growth. We’ll explore the real drivers behind your problems (hint: it’s always something positive), learn to listen and find new, healthier strategies to fulfill your needs and wants.

We’ll work within these five pillars:

I Nervous system
Feeling easily triggered? We will practice cultivating your nervous system with natural methods, increasing your ability to gear up and wind down (depending on your needs), so that you can start to feel resilient and resourceful again.

II Addictive coping strategies
If you find yourself lost in addictive behaviors and/or procrastination often, we’ll find ways to improve your habits and address numbing or excitement coping strategies. By learning to balance dopamine, you can bring your inner states into a helathy equilibrium.

III Tinking patterns
We will investigate your thinking and (old and limiting) beliefs, so that we can retrain your mind to show you a different world and give you a better quality of life.

IV Life force energy
You will learn ninja energy skills through the power of yoga.

V Presence
There is a force, beyond anything you can do, which is the only source of lasting peace and happiness. It is the being dimension of life and you can feel it whenever you are in the here and now. Once you enter present-moment-awareness, you enter the flow and life unfolds gracefully.

About me, Judith

I am a yoga, breathwork & presence guide, retreat facilitator and coach. I help people resolve limiting patterns and find inner peace.

My own journey of recovery and transformation has led me to facilitate and teach the practices that, for me, represent the greatest healing power. I offer a comprehensive and profound approach towards personal and spiritual growth.

I am a certified Somatic Integration & Mind-Body Healing Practitioner and Life Coach. Additionally, I am currently specialising in Holistic Weight Loss and Pain & Illness Relief.
