Exercises in movement and stillness help you move out of your head and into your body. Here, you can rest and (re)connect with who you truly are.
Often, you’ll find a storm of thoughts and sensations first. The practices help you to feel safe and open, while building the resilience to face everything life presents you with.
Then, you may find peace. Energy starts flowing in alignment with love and prosperity. You flourish.
