I share practices that promote inner peace. In my workshops (local and online) and in our natural forest retreat in southern Sweden, you can come to your senses, nourish your life and happiness, and help heal the Earth.
Exercises in movement and stillness help you move out of your head and into your body. Here, you can rest and (re)connect with who you truly are.
Often, you’ll find a storm of thoughts and sensations first. The practices help you to feel safe and open, while building the resilience to face everything life presents you with.
Then, you may find peace. Energy starts flowing in alignment with love and prosperity. You flourish.
And if you flourish, the world flourishes.
Something special happens when we meet our ‘demons’ and hold them in awareness. It turns out they have something to show us, something more beautiful, fulfilling and true than anything we can chase in life.
