The Presence Process is a world famous, life changing process brought to us by Michael Brown. It is, as is written on the back of the book, ‘a simple, practical approach to accomplishing and maintaining personal peace in the midst of accelerating change, discomfort, conflict, and chaos.’

The Precence Process can be done individually by buying the book and committing to the practices. What I offer here is a committed individual coaching trajectory for added accountability and depth. (If you’d rather join the next Presence Process group, click here to find dates.)

After having guided ~ 100 people through this truly transformative Process, I remain in awe with its power, but frankly also aware of some of its pitfalls. Coaching can help you tackle common challenges, deepen your commitment and make the most of your journey.

This is feedback from previous participants:

“Without you and this container, I would have given up long ago…
And now I am SO THANKFUL that I didn’t.”

“Your responses to our questions were spot on and super helpful.”

“You guide with authenticity and grace.”

Time investment & commitment

Your personal commitment to the process will determine how much time you spend with it in between those meetings.

Once committed to, your process will run for 12 weekly live online meetings. The recommended time investment is 2 x 15 minutes each day for breathwork, reading of ca 10 book pages per week and continuous awareness of your reactions and responses when meeting any challenge in your daily life.

This is a shared commitment and I promise I’ll give you the best of what I’ve learned in over the years in breathwork, yoga, trauma healing, somatic practices and meditation (Vipassana & non-duality).

Included are:

Intake call
8 Weekly individual live 30 minute Zoom calls
Coach on call via Signal chat throughout the week
3 extended live coach calls (at the start, middle and end)
2 live group breath sessions (replay available)
Access to my community of adventurers with shared journeys

Enrollment

If you are sincerely interested, please write to me about your intention and we’ll meet for a 20-30 minute intake call. After that, we’ll know whether it makes sense to work together.
