What’s included?
12 monthly meetings
Live online circles of 1 hour, on a fixed Sunday morning each month. Expect ‘talking stick style’ sharing, seasonal themes, Q&A’s, and guided meditations and breathwork. Mostly facilitated by me (Judith), sometimes by or with guests.
Open breath sessions and recordings
Join my open online breath sessions during the year (usually 4x), and use the recordings whenever you need them.
4 online yoga class tickets
Use them for 4 online yoga classes, usually on Sunday afternoons, or their recordings. Valid during your membership year.
Group chat
A place to share what comes up between meetings. I read along and reply every few days. A wonderful space of like-minded people to help you remember what is truly valuable.
