In a coaching session with me, there is usually lots of movement and breath, as well as some talk. To make the most of our sessions, it is crucial you are eager to make a change. Together, we can find what works for you and your lifestyle and how you can implement these changes for long-term benefit.

The approach is simple yet powerful, based on these five pillars:

I Nervous system regulation
We will practice regulating your nervous system with natural methods, so that you can start to feel resourceful again.

II Dopamine regulation
We’ll find ways to improve your habits and address addictions, numbing or excitement behaviors and procrastination to help you balance dopamine and take control of your inner states.

III Tinking patterns
We will investigate your thinking, so that we can retrain your special effects team to show you a different world.

IV Cultivate life force energy
You will learn energy ninja skills through the power of yoga.

V Presence power
You will connect to the deeper dimension of life and live more in flow.
