| Dear You, It’s the end of the year and I hope this message finds you safe and joyful. In this newsletter: a wish for the new year, and a couple of invitations to join me for a live or online event in 2026 A wish for the new year May you be happy and peaceful. May all beings be happy and peaceful. There have been times when peace was all I wished for. All I wanted was for the torment of incessant thinking, painful memories, addictive pulls and drama to cease. And oh, I remember when it first happened. It was by the end of a weekend full of inner work. I had faced my greatest fears, looked at my ugliest demons. And then it happened: my cloudy mind opened up to the vast, bright blue sky. Wide open spaces between softly floating thoughts. ‘Peace… peace…,’ I whispered to myself. Love and joy filled my being. And although my mind has gotten lost in thought and limiting beliefs again plenty of times, my heart has always remembered. It has become my hope, my compass and my home. I wish for everyone to learn to know that place (which is not a place), and I wish and intend for myself to live even more fully from that in the year to come. Ways to do ‘the work’ In a world of egoic distortion, do you know how to stay centered and act with clarity and compassion? What is helping me stay healthy and sane, is yoga, inquiry, and presence work. My life is dedicated to this path, and I wholeheartedly invite you to join me in these practices. Below are some of the upcoming opportunities: ✨ Presence Process Winter 2026 We’ve just completed a third round of The Presence Process journey with warm feedback and deep shifts among the participants. (See one testimonial at the bottom of this email.) The Presence Process is a 10-week journey into present moment awareness. It helps you live in the Now, respond from clarity instead of reactive patterns, create more harmonious relationships and invite flow into your life. This world-renowned process was created by Michael Brown and has been translated into more than 20 languages. We closely follow the book and method while, as and upgrade for many, I facilitate the group container and offer extra breath and presence guidance. In previous rounds, Michael Brown joined us for a live Q&A and he will again in the future, for those eager to meet him. The next opportunity to participate in this 11 week program (10 + 1 weeks) is January 11th – March 29th, 2026. Find all info here. ✨ Coaching sessions In a coaching session with me, talk meets breath, movement and silence. We’ll approach your challenges with an integrated understanding of nervous system regulation, inquiry into limiting beliefs, and non-duality. Learn more here. ✨ Join yoga in-person or from your home Starting in February, you can join in-person Kundalini Fusion Yoga classes live via Zoom or in Urshult, Sweden. Grounded, energising, for all bodies. New online sessions coming up in early February and late March.
